Dream of killing someone: starting a fight, defense, reaction after the incident
Explore dreams in which someone collapses during a fight or you attack while trying to protect another person. Rather than judging one's intentions based solely on a violent ending, distinguish between the beginning of a conflict and the reactions following the event.

Just because you dreamed of killing someone doesn't mean you actually want to do that or that you're a violent person. It is necessary to distinguish what conflict occurred before the shocking ending and what was felt afterwards. This article reads the events in the dream as a story of conflict and choice and does not judge the intention in reality.
Dream of the other person falling during a physical fight
It depends on whether it was a planned action or whether the fight resulted in a bigger outcome than expected. If it's the latter, the fear that something has escalated may be more important than the anger itself. This can be seen as a metaphor for the worry that small conflicts will become difficult to reverse. Don't simplify this to mean that you want to hurt the other person in real life.
If you attacked while trying to protect another person
Isolating the act of attacking from its context loses the defensive purpose within the dream. Look at who you tried to protect and whether you looked for another way. This can be read as the pressure of a responsible situation, but it does not mean that real danger is looming. The actual safety of the person you are trying to protect must be assessed through verifiable circumstances, not through the dream.
Scenes running away or hiding traces
If the actions following the incident continued for a long time, the process of dealing with the consequences carries more weight than violence. The fear of being caught, the frustration of not being able to explain it to someone, and the desire to undo what happened are different feelings. Rather than seeing this as evidence that there is a real secret, look at what you were most afraid of within the dream story.
If the other person is someone you know, should you break off the relationship?
There is no basis for that. Dream roles are not the same as the truth of your personality or relationships in real life. However, if an actual conflict comes to mind, you can separately work through unresolved issues at a calm moment. An important caution when reading this scene is not to use the dream as material to blame the other person or criticize yourself.
